- 4-5 fresh strawberries
- 1 whole banana in frozen chunks
- 1 cup strawberry or strawberry banana greek yogurt
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp of organic stevia for a natural 0 calorie sweetner
- put in your filtered water into the blender first
- then add your greek yogurt
- then add your fresh strawberries
- then finally add your frozen banana chunks and sweetener
- blend until desired consistency
